Scooby was abandoned with his 3 siblings. He was the smallest of the 4 and continues to be very skinny. This fella has been at our adoption center for a full month.  He is ready to go home and get some extra love and good meals!  He loves to spend time outside exploring & he is learning to walk very nicely on leash. He loves to be with people and meet new friends, come and visit him at the Maryland SPCA adoption center today. (How do you like Scooby's Halloween Costume! He makes a wonderfull Bumble Bee!)
