The Jiffy Lube Destination Maryland Getaway Official Rules

1. How to enter the contest:

a. Internet entry ONLY
The Jiffy Lube Destination Maryland Getaway” will begin on May 22, 2006 and will end on August 27, 2006 at 11:59:59 PM (EDT)  (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received on or before the last day of the Contest no later than 11:59:59 PM ( EDT) . For purposes of this Contest, a “Contest Day” begins at 12:01:01 AM EDT and ends at 11:59:59PM  EDT.  Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

b. To participate in the contest, listeners will be asked to log onto WQSR,  (JACK fm 102.7), WWMX, (MIX 106.5), or WLIF (101.9 LITE FM) station’s websites, www.1027jackfm.com , www.mix1065.fm, www.1019litefm.com, and register to win the " Jiffy Lube Destination Maryland Getaway Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technical glitches.

2. Eligibility Restrictions

a. The contest is open to all WQSR, WWMX and WLIF listeners who are 21 years of age or older and reside in the greater Baltimore/Washington area.  Employees of WQSR, WWMX, and WLIF its licensee, its parent corporations CBS Radio/Infinity Broadcasting Corporation and Viacom Inc., their corporate affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.

b. Listeners are eligible to win a station contest only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

c. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six months.

d. To enter on-line you must enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and a valid e-mail address in the on-line entry form.  One Internet entry per person and one Internet entry per e-mail address.  Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.  The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

e. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and WQSR, WWMX, and WLIF will reject and delete any entry it discovers to be false or fraudulent.  WQSR, WWMX, and WLIF will also disqualify and delete any entry received from persons under the age of 21.

3. Prizes:

a. One (1) Prize for  " Jiffy Lube Destination Maryland Getaway " includes:a four (4) day, three (3) night trip to TheClarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel, (1 winner and guest) to Ocean City, Maryland includes:  One (1) Deluxe Guest Room (or similar), four (4) passes to Jolly Roger’s Splash Mountain Waterpark, four (4) passes for Miniature Golf, two (2) breakfast and one (1) Three-Course Dinner (per adult) off our American Plan Menu in the Horizons Oceanfront Restaurant.Children 12 years and under eat and stay free (limit 1 child per paid adult off of Children’s menu).Additional Children and Children over 12 years dine at  a la carte menu prices. American Plan Menu is not available throught Room Service. Rates include Food Service Gratuities and sales Tax. Rates are per person, based on double occupancy and availability. Room is subject to availability (holidays surcharges, weekend add-ons and blackout dates apply). Prize must be used by September 4, 2006. Approximate value: $499.00

b. All prizes must be picked up at the offices of  WQSR, WWMX and WLIF  600 Washington Avenue, Suite 201, Towson, MD 21204. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to a winner, it will be with prior written consent of the winner therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival.  WQSR, WWMX and WLIF are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

4. Selection of Winners:  One (1) winning entry will be drawn at random from all eligible on-line entries received on August 29, 2005 at approximately 10:00 AM  EDT.  Winner need not listen to win.  Winner will be notified on August 29, 2005 by phone by a Station representative.  If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the prize is awarded, an alternate winner will be selected. 

Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.

5. Conditions:

a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. Contest winners and their guest(s) or travel companion(s) if any, will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued $600 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by WQSR, WWMX or WLIF. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold WQSR, WWMX, or WLIF it’s corporate licensee, its parent corporations, Infinity Broadcasting Corporation, and Viacom Inc., their affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly, or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

c. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners (and their guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any) agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

6. Internet Contest Privacy Policy:

a.  We do not sell, lease, exchange or disclose your personally identifiable information with third party non-affiliated persons other than our sponsors or partners, unless it is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to those persons that operate our website, manage our contests/events and conduct prize fulfillment ("operational providers"), and to protect the safety of our visitors, employees or property. We also expect our operational providers to protect your privacy.

b. Our contests, sweepstakes and special events are often produced with the generous support of non-affiliated sponsors and/or promotional partners. The personally identifiable information contestants voluntarily provide on our website may also be used for the marketing of additional events, services, and goods by WQSR, WWMX, WLIF our parent company and affiliated stations, and our sponsors or partners. Please be informed that our sponsors or promotional partners may not have the same privacy policies that we do. If you do not wish to receive such additional marketing information or updates from WQSR, WWMX, WLIF, and/or our sponsors or partners, you should check the box(es) so indicated in the contest registration area. However we maintain the rights to disclose any and all databases collected by the website(s) in the event that the assets or stock of WQSR,WWMX, WLIF or its corporate licensee or parent company, are sold or transferred. WQSR may provide aggregate statistics about our contestants, traffic patterns, and related website information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

c.  WQSR, WWMX, and WLIF in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the station’s website(s) or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.  The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

7. WQSR, WWMX, and WLIF reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest which will become effective upon announcement. WQSR, WWMX, and WLIF reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the prize(s) awarded become unavailable.

8. No purchase necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

9. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification at the sole discretion of  WQSR, WWMX, and WLIF

10. Copies of the written contest rules and the name of the winner are available upon request during regular business hours at the main studios of WQSR, WWMX and WLIF - 600 Washington Avenue, Suite 201, Towson, MD 21204, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the same address.
